Same-Day Delivery & Self Pick-Up
Expand how customers can receive your products — at the product level.
⚠️ Important Eligibility Notice for Merchants. Please note that Same-Day Delivery and Self Pick-Up features are not automatically available to all merchants. These features are enabled on a selection basis by the Borong team.
- How to apply: If you are interested in offering these fulfillment options, simply submit a request to the Borong team for review. Contact support to get started.
- Activation: Once approved and activated by us, you can follow the steps below to manage these options at the product level.
How to Enable Same-Day Delivery & Self Pick-Up
To begin configuring your fulfillment types, you will need to navigate to your product listing page.
- Log in to your Borong Merchant Platform.
- From the main merchant dashboard navigation bar, click on the Products tab.
- This will bring you to the Products - Active management page where you can view and edit your individual items.
Because these fulfillment options are managed at the product level, you will need to select and modify your items individually.
- Scroll down to your active product list on the dashboard.
- Locate the specific item you want to enable for Same-Day Delivery or Self Pick-Up.
- Move to the right side of the product row under the actions column and click the Edit button.
Once inside the product edit page, you can choose which alternative fulfillment methods apply to this item.
- Scroll down the product page until you reach the Fulfillment Settings section.
- Look for the Enable for this product column on the left.
- Turn the toggles ON (so they light up orange) for the services you want to provide for this product:
- Same Day Delivery
- Self Pickup
Pro-Tip: How to Filter Products by Fulfillment Type
If you manage a large inventory (e.g. hundreds of items) but have only enabled Same-Day Delivery or Self Pick-Up for a select few, you can easily filter your dashboard view to find them later.
On your main Products page, locate the Search bar section. On the bottom-right of the search area, click on Show More to expand your advanced search options.
Once expanded, look for the Fulfillment Type dropdown menu. Click it and choose the specific service you want to review (e.g. Same Day Delivery or Self Pickup).
Click the Search button. Your dashboard will now dynamically display only the products that match your chosen criteria. You will see colored tags (like Self Pickup and Same Day Delivery) under the Fulfillment Type column for those items.
